Radio club adopts new constitution

A new Constitution for Denby Dale Amateur Radio Club was agreed and adopted at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 19, 2024.

The meeting took place on Zoom and the quorum requirement of one third of members was satisfied. Minor changes were made to the previous constitution.

One of these removed the obligation put all meetings online, though we may choose to do so from time to time.
