Members invited to Club AGM in October

Members are invited to the AGM of Denby Dale Amateur Radio Club.

It will be held on Wednesday, October 16, at The Golden Cock, Farnley Tyas, Huddersfield HD4 6UD, starting at 7:30pm.

As in the constitution, the agenda for the AGM shall be: 

• Apologies for absence 

• Minutes of the previous AGM  

• Chair’s report 

• Secretary’s report 

• Treasurer’s report

• Election of new Chair

• Election of officers and the new Committee 

• Election of auditors 

• Membership fees

• Other business 

Items to be raised by members under other business must be notified to the Secretary not less than 12 days before the AGM.
